Quella is operated by Spark Now LLC. This policy explains how we use information you provide through our website.
Information we collect
When you visit, join a list, contact us or place a pre-order, we collect the information needed for that interaction: site activity, email, name, message and consent preferences. Stripe collects your shipping address, card details, quantity and spare-cartridge choice at checkout. If you separately opt in to SMS, Klaviyo receives the phone number you provide; the website does not store it with your enquiry. We also receive technical information needed to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
We use your information to handle enquiries, prepare requested checkout details, fulfil and ship pre-orders, provide shipping and service updates and meet legal obligations. Optional product or creator updates require your consent. Every order is a pre-order. Estimated ship: Q1 2027.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payments and collects shipping addresses and card details. Card details never touch our servers. Shopify maintains order records and customer records and sends order and shipping emails. Klaviyo operates email and SMS marketing and records site activity, such as pages viewed and checkout started, when you visit or subscribe. Hosting and database providers process information needed to operate the website on our behalf.
Email marketing
We only send marketing emails if you opt in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Order-status emails about your pre-order, including confirmation, production updates, shipping and cancellation or refund, are sent as part of your order.
SMS / text messages
The SMS program name is Quella. You only receive marketing texts if you tick the separate SMS checkbox. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes; service providers that operate the program are excepted.
Optional cookies and analytics
When configured, Meta, TikTok and Google Analytics may receive browsing events after you allow optional tracking. We do not send your shipping address, message or email to those pixels as tracking event data. Klaviyo's onsite script loads when you visit and records site activity, for example viewed product and started checkout, to personalise emails to subscribers. You can decline without affecting your ability to submit a request. You can change your choice by clearing this site's stored cookie preference in your browser.
Retention and your choices
We retain information only as needed for the request, fulfilment, legal requirements and legitimate recordkeeping. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent for optional updates, by contacting us. Some order or legal records may need to be retained.
Your California privacy rights
You may request to know, delete or correct your personal information and opt out of its sale or sharing, subject to applicable law. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email hello@drinkcleansip.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Security
We use access controls to restrict enquiry and checkout records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not include card details or sensitive personal information in messages.
