Terms of service
This website is operated by Spark Now LLC under the Quella brand. By using it or submitting a request, you agree to these terms. They do not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Pre-orders
Every order is a pre-order, estimated to ship Q1 2027. If that slips, we email a new date and you can cancel for a full refund. You can also cancel anytime before dispatch for a full refund.
Prices and shipping
Prices are in US dollars. The bottle is $27.99 and a replacement cartridge is $13.99. Free US shipping applies to the first run. Any applicable taxes will be disclosed before payment. We currently offer first-run delivery within the United States only.
Estimated delivery and cancellation
Estimated ship: Q1 2027. Your card is charged in full when you order. Ships by Mar 31, 2027. If that slips, we email you a new date and you can cancel for a full refund. You will be notified before shipping and can cancel anytime before dispatch for a full refund. Shipping is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. We will notify customers before dispatch and communicate material production changes.
Cancellation
Before dispatch, request cancellation and a full refund through the cancellation request page or email hello@drinkcleansip.com.
SMS terms
The Quella SMS program sends recurring automated marketing texts such as pre-order updates, checkout reminders and offers only when you opt in via the separate SMS checkbox. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes; service providers that operate the program are excepted. Contact hello@drinkcleansip.com for assistance. See our Privacy policy.
Returns
A 30-day return window starts when you receive your order. Contact us to arrange a return. See Shipping and returns for the process. Do not ship a return to an unconfirmed address.
